So these days, I real hyped up over all the shyte that does be taking place in Trinidad. As a semi-educated person (if not fully educated), I would just like to reflect on how hard it is to find a decent job in South Trinidad. First and foremost, why have I never seen a south position offerred on the newpapers nor on any of those online job websites?! Like Information Technology jobs don't exist in south? It makes me wonder sometimes you know... really... after all, the schupidness of it all is that I'm from San Fernando and I have to drive to Sangre Grade to find a job... whilst it have North people who working down South and South people working up North... Let me say the least which is..... WTMFC going on in Trinidad. I sorry all yuh, all yuh know I doh normally use expletives but the madness have to stop. I really eh know how much longer I could drive up to Sangre Grande. The traffic bad, the drivers worse... and I can't find a decent place to buy doubles up there!! No offence to the people who live in Grande eh... is just... I want a job down South... So let me continue my story. So apparently there was a position in South West Regional Health Authority which I applied for - via email since they had that in their advertisement. Now I work at the Eastern RHA for you all that don't know... so anyways... you know SWRHA couldn't even answer me with a email self? Not a 1 second email...... yuh know why? I bet you is some padna friend get that job... I now hear the vacancy get filled... WTMC... I mean... at least if you not taking me, just answer the flicking email and say "We received your email and we'll go through it".... How I don't know some schupid fool in HR just didn't delete the thing without reading it. Another reason why I starting to hate living in Trinidad. When you finally get a job, they want to pay you dog money... come nah man... like IT is for dogs yes... because I working like a dog. Not to mention meh good old job at COLFIRE where they try to earn every single cent out of your small salary. Well those were days... and again.... HR try to throw me out like I did them something... I tell you... I would tell everyone not to purchase insurance at COLFIRE.... go ANYWHERE else... just take my schupid advice. Anyways.... I don't think it have hope for Trinidad.... it look like we getting schupider by the minute and it look like they might be losing another IT man by next year... because if by next year I can't find a decent job in this so called land of many riches.... I gone... I cyar feed my children with air and I hope all the HR people and other people who does do they underhand kinda thing to give people jobs unfairly... I hope their children and family catch they NEH NEN to get a job. Why? As I say, nobody care a damn about me... and I ACTUALLY willing to work. BTW, did you hear flour and meat prices going up again? If you making 14 thousand, you not rich anymore, you poor after you buy the groceries (uhum, I am not just poor, I am very poor compared to 14 thousand dollars).
