a special big up to the trinination crew at large....it's been tooooo long, but i hope everyone, i mean everyone, is alive and kicking and doing well in everything they pursue...

excellent job on the site risharde, and to all the members, both old and new, plz let's try and restore trinination to what it was once before, but even better...

i have been out of state, doing my clinicals rotations, and as the semester is over, i'm back for abt 2 weeks, so i'll be posting as much as i can...i apologise to all, for lack of communication....

but as they say, you don't know what you got till it's gone, but they also say you don't know what you've been missing until it arrives;)...

 so ppl the new trinination has arrived( a while now, i'm late, i know lol) so take charge and post away...see you all..god bless and keep up the good work boss man and fellow trininationers...peace!!!
