Eligibility
Membership in the service is void where prohibited.
Members should be 13 years or over since there may be content which is not fully suitable for minors.
Any member that has not attended primary school and/or precisely has a very limited knowledge of the english language may have limited rights primarly because a good understanding of the english language is required to understand the TOS.

Privacy
TriniNation.com, its administrators and moderators must agree to respect users privacy before they are actually giving appropriate priviledges on the website. TriniNation will never give out your personal information including email contact information to any 3rd party clients.

However, TriniNation reserves the right to give out certain personal information if a member is involved in illegal activity. This is solely given out to prevent TriniNation.com, its administrators, owners and other members from being liable for member actions in which we have no control over.

Proprietary Rights in Site Content
Certain sections and data which includes images, any type of code etc) on TriniNation.com are the property of TriniNation.com and its developers. As such, you may not use logos or our brands without express permission from the owner of TriniNation.com.

User/Visitor Limitations of Site Features
Whilst TriniNation.com may be an ideal method of communication, there are a few limitations or rules that users must respect/abide.

TriniNation.com may not be used as a form of mass advertisements for products, political parties, websites etc.

You may not use our service to SPAM any persons whatsoever.

TriniNation.com may not be used as a means to harass/threaten/abuse any users on the website via any of our site features which allows intercommunication such as but not limited to the private messaging system, forums, contact forms etc. We do allow a high level of transparency as long as user information provided is factual thereby allowing a certain levels of freedom of speech at the discretion of the TriniNation.com's Administrators and Moderators.

You hereby agree to abide by dispute resolution actions of the administrators and moderators since they are not here to offend you but simply reduce/avoid disputes that may arise.

Users and/or visitors should try as much as possible to not use abusive or adult related words on the website in the event of a minor visiting the site publicly. This includes hesitation from posting swear words (since there are multiple means such as the masking of swear words, or patterned swearing - which may be allowed under the discretion of the Administrators, Moderators or designated helpers).

Users and/or visitors are not allowed to attack or abuse the websites in anyway.

Users hereby agree that the Terms of Service may be modified without notification and thus, users are responsible for checking as much as possible for updates. TriniNation may, out of courtesy, inform users of changes in this Terms of Service digital document.
