2.2 Billion on Coast Guard Vessels... but yuh cutting Health Care funding...
Look at how stupid our political leaders are, in a time when the recession is affecting the country, they are investing 2.2 Billion dollars (which is approximately 5% of out total GDP) on 3 coast guard vessels while cutting health care funding in Trinidad and Tobago, does this make sense? It seems that all the so called degrees and masters some people have is degree and masters in complete stupidity.
The poor man will see even more suffering in this country and people in the health care sector who are trying to make a difference are forced to provide low quality health care just because a few foolish politicians cannot make proper decisions in the country.

Trinis get me by showing their stupidity
You know, I really hate writing about negativity but it is really amazing how Trinidadians cause their own problems. A few people asked to be removed from the mailing list when we sent out the merry christmas email (which I think was a really nice email). This is because when something does not affect a Trini right away, they automatically assume that it will not affect them later on. Asking to be removed from the email list is basically asking to be removed from the TriniNation crew/website. Instead of voicing opinions, a few Trinis revert to removing themselves (this is quite intelligent). When the water runs dry though, they will find whatever medium to lie, cheat and steal from others - the typical uneducated Trini (which seems to be the most of Trinidad and Tobago - selfish and schupid). Furthermore, if you get angry with this article, maybe this is falling in YOUR garden BUT there's hope.

Let me indulge you all for a moment please. This is really a very very serious and disturbing development in the life of ALL Trinbagonians! We need to be extremely cautious and vigilant in how we proceed with our lives and the very freedoms we enjoy. Nikolai Ceausescu, former dictator of Romania, who was killed by his own people in 1989, because of many social ills, one such was use of spy techniques to remain in power. Robert Mugabe, Richard Nixon, Stalin, Hitler all used this system of control to REMAIN in power at all costs...that happens, when absolutely power corrupts absolutely!
We as loving, happy Trinbagonians, need to open our eyes and remove our heads from the sand like the proverbial ostrich, and SEE what is happening to sweet T&T! We have a real life dictator, who is using state resources to control, undermine and ensure his survival as a leader, undemocratically, and fairly "elected" into office.
